Apricot Fruit Leather

Puree fruit with Lemon juice. Boil puree with honey or sugar.
Spread coconut oil on cookie sheets.
Spread a thin layer of puree on baking sheet. Dry in oven at lowest temp. Prop oven door with a wooden spoon if needed. When dry, peel off immediately after removing from oven. You could also dry in the sun if it's not too humid, but it will take a while. Yum yum!
