Did I make that lovely loaf of bread?

Yes! It's always nice when my bread attempts don't turn into solid bricks! This time I used mostly unbleached bread flour, because I wasn't up for any failures- and because I needed rolls to turn out for burgers that night! I did use one cup of sprouted wheat flour, but not enough to call it wheat bread. Mostly white- I confess!
