  You have the opportunity to sign this petition to President Obama to help him choose his Secretary of Agriculture.  It's vital that we have this cabinet member be someone who understands grassroots farming policy to help return farmers to the land so that long-standing farming policies can be re-introduced so we can have more nutritious food from fertile soil.  America's soil has been depleted because of modern chemicals, pesticides and fertilizers.    We have a chance to let Presiddent Obama know what kind of person needs to be in charge of this important change in our food history.       Do you want someone who will continue in the ways of our hazardous food environment,  or someone who will foster the methods of food supply management to return health to our nation?      This petition will provide President Obama with a list of qualified potential candidates for this history changing role in our food future.
