I live my dream by sharing my love of health, food and wellness. I have my Bachelor of Science degrees in Health Promotion and Nutrition. I love teaching traditional methods of food preparation for maximum nourishment. I believe in Holistic health and healing through nourishing food. I make nourishing cakes & creations, and teach health and wellness classes specializing in Mothers Health, Children’s Health and Baby-Toddler Foods. I’m available for personal health consultations and cooking classes. I also lead my daughter and son in a life of joy and wellness. I support local food, breastfeeding, and sustainable living for a better world.
