Skim milk =Obesity

Seems like a contraindication. Maybe there is a reason why fat is in certain foods naturally?! To absorb vitamins A and D (fat soluble!) If you take the fat out, you aren't aborbing these metabolism boosting vitamins and minerals (calcium).

How do farmers fatten their hogs? They feed them skimmed milk. How do you fatten humans? Feed them skimmed milk.

The children in this study were, " Children who often drink milk with a fat content of three per cent are less overweight."
