Chocolate Ganache Cake with Raspberries and Coconut Creme Drizzle



Believe it or not, this cake was made gluten and dairy free, as requested by the cake's purchaser. I'm not very familiar with gluten free baking, but I wanted to accept the challenge. I'm glad I did, because this is by far the best cake I've ever made! I will make a more complete blog post with details and ingredients later, but for now I must get my turkey seasoned for Thanksgiving tomorrow!
