A smaller version of the large cream cake I made. Organic vanilla cake made using organic unbleached pastry flour, organic whole cane sugar (which imparts nutrients and a molasses color to the cake batter, pastured chicken eggs, whole raw grass-fed milk, grass-fed butter. Filling is organic raspberry and maple syrup puree, and organic vanilla pudding made with raw milk. Topped with whipped raw fresh cream+maple syrup, and strawberries, drizzed with raspberry puree, raw almond slices cover outside edge
