Details for Cake...

I made my first sale for the cake! It was a 12'' double layer cream cake. The buyer wanted all fresh organic high quality ingredients, my specialty.

I had to get a new cake pan bc I had never made one this big before! I ended up quadrupling a cake recipe, when I thought doubling would do it, but not for 2 layers, 12'' in diameter.
