Tip

For more fiber, vitamins and minerals  add  ground flaxseed or wheat germ to any baked dish or casseroles.     I do this to all my baked goodies and even to sauces like spaghetti sauce   or to smoothies.    Wheat germ is a natural source of vitamin E and Folic Acid.   1tbsp of ground flaxseed packs in a whopping 8grams of fiber!      
   I buy Bob's Red Mill  products in the organic refrigerator section at the grocery store.
