I've been waiting for this book to come out for over a year now! It comes out March 31st, 2009! I better get my preorder!

You'll have to tell me how you like the book! It sounds awesome. When I get to that point in my life I'll definitely have to get a copy.
The truth is that every woman should be preparing their body years and years before they even think about having a child. :) But I love her other book Real Food, and it's just for everyone.
