I haven't posted in a while because I've been busy bottling fruit and tomatoes! Pictures to come. I've never bottled/canned before this year. It's been fun to learn. So far I have done many jams like apricot, rhubarb, plum and peach. I've learned to bottle peaches, apple pie filling, tomatoes and salsa! Let's hope everything really does preserve and not spoil! Ah!
