Today I've made a 4qt. batch of homemade vanilla raspberry ice cream for a "churn-off" at my church, made dinner which consisted of fresh dill n lemon zest salmon with fried egglant and zucchini along with spinach cheese ravioli plus sauce, then I just made a batch of the world's best chocolate chip cookies and by far the most beautiful cookies i've ever made. I'm tired! And I'm going to go eat the cookies!

Wow. Were they the NYT cookies? Yum. I wish I had some of those right now.

Yeah they were the NYT cookies! I made some right after I made the dough, then I made some after 36 hours....and they were better and tasted carmely! I froze half the dough so I can make some later too. (Since we don't need an entire batch at once!)
